3 killed, 4 injured in shooting in Cleveland’s Kinsman neighborhood

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Three people died and four people were injured in an early-Saturday shooting.

None of the victims have yet been identified in the shooting that happened about 2:30 a.m. on Buckeye Road near East 89th Street.

A 40-year-old man died at the scene, while another 40-year-old man and a 36-year-old man died at University Hospitals, Cleveland police spokeswoman Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia said.

A 36-year-old woman suffered a bullet graze to the head, a 30-year-old woman suffered a gunshot wound to the leg, a 43-year-old woman suffered a gunshot wound to the ankle and a man, whose age was not available, suffered a bullet graze to the head Ciaccia said.

All of them were taken to University Hospitals for treatment, but their conditions and whether or not they are still in the hospital were not immediately available.

Police have not released any details about the shooting. This post will be updated if that information becomes available Saturday.
