MAPLE HEIGHTS, Ohio — A man is dead after being stabbed Friday night, according to Maple Heights police.
A woman was detained after the incident and taken to the police station for questioning. The incident happened about 7 p.m. at a home on Mapleboro Avenue near South Boulevard, police said.
Cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer reached out to Maple Heights police to ask if the woman has since been charged.
Police went to the home after getting a call about the man being stabbed and found him in the living room.
Paramedics took him to Cleveland Clinic-Marymount Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
Officers spoke with the woman at the home before being taken to the station.
