by Aug 15, 2022Local News

The middle of August isn’t treating Northeast Ohio too harshly, at least this week.

The first possibility of showers comes Monday, with a 30% chance of showers and thunderstorms during the evening and overnight. It should be mostly sunny for much of the day and temps will reach the upper 70s before dropping into the low 60s overnight.

Tuesday afternoon will bring another chance of showers and thunderstorms, but it’s slight. Otherwise, it again should be mostly sunny with highs in the upper 70s. It will be partly cloudy overnight with temps int the low 60s and a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms.

The forecast for Wednesday and Thursday is identical … mostly sunny skies and highs around 80 degrees. Overnight lows will be in the low 60s.

Highs will climb into the low 80s on Friday and Saturday. It will be mostly sunny both days, but there is a 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms on Saturday, both during the day and overnight. There is a solid chance of showers on Sunday and highs will be around 80 degrees.
