CLEVELAND, Ohio — A woman who had been missing Sunday after she reportedly was assaulted and abducted at an RTA station on the West Side has been found safe, police say.
A spokesperson with the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority did not say where the woman was found.
The incident happened about 3 p.m. at the West Boulevard-Cudell RTA station, according to Cleveland police. RTA employees witnessed the assault and said the woman had been forced into a vehicle.
Two male suspects were taken into custody Sunday and the vehicle involved was found in the area of West 104th Street and Lorain Avenue.
The GCRTA Police Department is investigating the incident.
